....of course, but I love this beach

Bainakeil Bay out to Faraid Head. Right at the top of Scotland and near to Cape Wrath.
It's on the North Coast 500  And you simply can't drive past  and not stop....although its emptiness suggests that some do

tunnels in the rocks to explore

and enormous jelly fish

Iceland is over there

There is a bit fenced off that belongs to the M.O.D

It doesn't spoil the view though. You can look across to Cape Wrath and on some days you can see the light house

Nobody comes to Scotland for the weather, but when the sun shines on the highlands it's very hard to find anywhere more lovely...
